Call for Student E-Posters
Advancing WaSH Goals in a Changing World Through Innovation and Resilience
The challenges of climate change and resource shortages require innovative approaches to advance resiliency and mitigation in WaSH (water, sanitation, and hygiene).
Inviting students & recent graduates to submit an e-poster related to the need for new technologies and new data analytics in water management throughout the world in order to adapt to the future realities of more extreme weather patterns and events, sea-level rising, glacier melting and drought.
Deadline: September 29th, 2023
E-Poster Description Instructions:
- Research Poster, submitted as a PowerPoint for digital display (not print).
- The first slide represents the whole poster design, as in a traditional printed poster (see example below).
- Three more slides can be added, providing concise excerpts or further details. For example, these additional slides could cover: (1) methods and description of field/lab work; (2) test analysis methods, research application in practice, project roll-out; or (3) results, findings, impact assessment, lessons learned, bottlenecks overcome, etc.
- Slides can contain embedded video clips, images, graphs, charts, tables, etc.
- The presentation can be narrated (English preferred). The slides should be set to advance automatically. The full presentation must be no more than 4 minutes.

Twelve posters shall be selected for display at the conference and awarded a prize of $200 plus free registration to the conference. All those who submit will receive a certificate of acceptance upon screening by the poster review committee.
