Graduated Class of 2000, Drexel University, B.S. in Civil Engineering

20 years of civil engineering experience, including:

• 8 years private consulting in land development / stormwater management
• 12 years performing water resources regulatory review for wastewater discharge, water supply, and power generating projects for the Delaware River Basin Commission

Recently joined the USEPA Region 3 Enforcement and Compliance Assurance Division, Water Branch, NPDES section as an Environmental Engineer and Inspector

Also I do part-time consulting for Aqua Economics, LLC, a Philly-based civil engineering consulting firm

Licensed as a Professional Engineering in New Jersey and Pennsylvania

Formerly a member of the New Jersey Clean Water Council (as the DRBC rep)

Personal interests include any water activity, playing soccer, mountain biking, hiking, camping, and Philadelphia sports teams
